Response and delivery
We commit to two timelines, and we keep them separate because they answer different questions.
Two timelines
The first is a response: a partner gives a first reaction within minutes during business hours. The second is a price: a fee quote for the specific work follows within one business day, once we understand the scope.
What sets the scope
How long the work itself takes depends on the file, not on a published average. The factors that move it are how many registers are involved, how many jurisdictions, whether a deadline is already running, and whether there is an opponent on the other side. We state the expected turnaround for your specific file in the quote, rather than quote an aggregate figure here.
What to send
Send the object, the counterparty, and any date that is already running. That is usually enough for a first reaction and a scoped quote. You can reach us through the contact page.
