Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as there is a reason to. Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and any engagement that follows, after which it is deleted or archived in line with our professional and legal obligations.

What sets the period

The retention period depends on what the data is for: an enquiry that does not lead to engagement is kept briefly; records tied to a professional engagement are kept for the period our obligations require. We do not keep data "just in case", and we do not repurpose enquiry data for marketing.
