Controller and processor

For enquiries submitted through this website, AURELIS is the data controller: we decide what is collected and why, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Where a professional engagement involves us handling personal data on a client's instructions, we may act as a processor for that client, under written terms.

Data processing agreement

Where an engagement requires a data processing agreement, one is made available to the client as part of the engagement terms. Request it through the contact page. This page is a general notice, not the agreement itself.
