We rely on legitimate interest to answer the enquiries you send us and to keep this website and its forms secure against abuse. In each case the interest is narrow and tied directly to responding to you or protecting the service.

The balancing we apply

Before relying on legitimate interest we weigh it against your rights and expectations: we use the minimum data needed, we do not profile you, and we do not repurpose the data for marketing. Where that balance would not favour the interest, we do not rely on it.
